Jameson is a leading manufacturer of premium quality tools and lighting solutions for professionals across industrial and military end markets worldwide. Platte River will combine Jameson with its existing portfolio company, Huskie Tools, Inc., a leading provider of professional-grade battery operated hydraulic hand tools, hoists and related accessories, thereby creating a diversified entity focused on the industrial tools sector.
