Headwaters advised Solutions 2 GO Inc, a Mississauga, ON-based distributor of entertainment products on the placement of a $175 Million Senior Credit Facility. Bank of America was the lead arranger and Royal Bank of Canada, BMO Financial Group, PNC and Comerica completed the syndicate.
